L’Amandier, Morocco for MHK International

A short film to spearhead the PR campaign for this boutique development in Morocco.

If you’re connected to the property world, your inbox is likely to fill up with ‘luxury’ development mailshots.  Yet there’s often not much to distinguish one from another.  We got to hear about MHK’s Morroccan venture through property marketing specialists Frank & Earnest.

You need to upgrade your Flash Player to version 9 or newer.

MHK is run by two brothers Riaz Khan and Anwar Harland-Khan, their wives Jane and Jennie, and Jennie’s sister Mikaela Fenton-Jones.  These family connections lend a huge amount of passion and personality to the project, and, naturally, we suggested this should be worked into the film. Just one day’s shoot in London, combined with existing stills photographs and CGIs, gives a real sense of identity to the L’Amandier project.  The architect Nick Gowing, of REd Architects, is also an old friend of the family, and this connection shines through.  You’ve no doubt that his clear creative vision has been arrived at through dedication and commitment.

The development of L’Amandier is an ongoing journey, with hands-on care shown all the way.  Through our film, and the L’Amandier blog, buyers will actually get to know their team.  Their new villas will already have a characterful history. The complete opposite of a faceless development.
