Surrey… Bali-Style
We’ve worked for the London Basement Company for over 2 years now, making 3 long films (12- 17 mins) for dvd distribution and countless shorter cut-downs / client testimonials / celebrity PR interviews for the web. We’ve also taken stills of their basement work, both in-progress and completed. We even took the company staff mug shots for their new website.
It’s true to say they are one of our favourite customers.
Last year the boss, Robin Knowles, decided to build a new house for himself and his family in his native Surrey, complete of course with a huge basement…
The house was finished this summer and we were delighted to be asked to record it, both on stills and video.
Robin designed the house / garden himself borrowing lots of ideas from his favourite Balinese architecture. He also bought a good deal of the fixtures / fittings over from Bali, for an authentic look.
