Unity Street Photography
10 Unity Street is a large apartment development in Bristol, containing around 70 units, converted from an old university building a few years ago. It’s got a great feel to it with massive high ceilings, carved stone detailing and all this just 100 yards from the city centre.
Sadly the original developers got into trouble during the recession and so half of the flats remained unsold. Now, with a hint of green shoots in the Bristol property scene, the scheme is back on the market and we were commissioned by Clifton agent CJ Hole to shoot a full set of stills for brochure / web collateral. The brief included general shots of the building and common areas and specific shots of individual apartments coming to sale. Luckily, the shoot took place just before the snow arrived and we even got a bit of sun!
